Before
booking and attending any course at Tradesmans
Entrance Ltd you must read and agree to
the following:-
A non refundable, cleared
deposit of £100 is required to secure your
place on each
Places are allocated on first cleared funds
basis.
Full cleared funds should be received 14
days prior to the start of the course if
paid by non cash methods.
Cheque payments cannot be accepted within
14 days of the course start date.
Cash, credit card and debit card payment
of balance of the fees may be paid anytime
before the start of the course. Failure
to pay the balance will prevent you attending
the course. No alternative or refund of
deposit will be provided.
Cheques should be made payable to Tradesmans
Entrance Ltd
The activities conducted at Tradesmans Entrance
Ltd present the similar risk of injury as
any construction site and DIY project at
home. Courses involve use of dangerous equipment
and machinery, lifting and reaching. Tradesmans
Entrance Ltd will not be held responsible
for any injury, loss or damage as a result
of visiting Tradesmans Entrance Ltd or attending
the courses.
Students have the right to refuse to partake
in any activity. No refund is available.
Each student attends at their own risk.
Consult your doctor if in doubt about your
physical suitability for any of the courses.
Fees paid are for the use of Tradesmans
Entrance Ltd facilities, tools and materials
only.
Course dates may be changed by Tradesmans
Entrance Ltd without notice. The school
will not be responsible for loss or damage
as a result of changed dates.
Alternative dates will be offered where
courses are cancelled by Tradesmans Entrance
Ltd for whatever reason.
Tradesmans Entrance Ltd reserves the right
to refuse any application before or during
the course.
Tradesmans Entrance Ltd cannot guarantee
the level of skill each individual will
attain during or after the course.
